Johnson

As the world’s largest and most broad-based healthcare company, Johnson & Johnson is committed to using our reach and size for good. The J&J Global Community Impact (GCI) organization drives our community giving, social impact, and other philanthropic initiatives. We leverage our partnerships, employee base, and company resources to build community-driven solutions, spark life-changing innovation, and elevate ideas from individuals around the world.
GCI stewards over US$500 million in signature programs and leverages J&J expertise to maximize impact around the world. In Singapore, GCI programs have a strong focus on mental health, including a partnership with Community Foundation of Singapore to develop a network of community mental health champions, and a learning project developed with the National Gallery to support mental health by evaluating the effectiveness of the Slow Art Program.
Meanwhile, the Singapore Community Impact team organizes employee engagement programs and activities under the Talent For Good campaign, which empowers employees with opportunities to contribute to their communities at every stage of their career and enhance their skills while doing good. An example of a Singapore Talent for Good program is WiSTEM²D, which engages J&J volunteers to cultivate interest among young people in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, manufacturing, and design, and to pursue further studies and careers in these fields.
