AIG's CSR programming is a multi-pronged effort. There are global initiatives that we support covering topics such as financial literacy, disaster preparedness, gender equality and sustainability.

In Singapore, we have been working with Food From the Heart (FFTH) for many years.

In 2022, we integrated charitable giving into our business and ran a one-month campaign where 10% of premiums collected for consumer insurance products was donated to FFTH.

The funds raised covered food packs distributed to low-income families such as seniors who live alone and families with sole breadwinners, school goodie bags with essential food items for young families and growing children, and hot meals that can be redeemed at hawker centers through FFTH's "Project Belanja!" programme.

AIG employees also volunteered their time to assemble these food packs. AIG also provides different channels for employees to volunteer and contribute to causes of their choice.

Globally, we allow for two volunteer days off and one additional day for social justice related activities.

We also offer a matching grants program, where employee contributions of up to US $5000 are doubled by AIG matching donation.

Finally, employees are encouraged to volunteer their time through company supported employee resource groups that are aligned to aspects of diversity, such as persons with disabilities and gender equality.
