The core of 3M’s CSR program is about inspiring the next generation of STEM talent in Singapore while contributing to the community’s needs.

In 2025, we impacted more than 800 students through initiatives such as:

• Ministry of Education Innovation Program: R&D engineers served as the project judges for 60 students during the final Innovation Fair. 3M has been a partner since 2007.

• 3M-School of Science and Technology InnoScience Challenge: In its 10th year of partnership, 3M mentors supported 250 students to develop minimum viable products under the theme ‘Redesigning the Urban Experience for Greater Safety, Security, or/and Inclusivity’.

• Science Centre’s DiscovHER: 3M volunteers conducted activities on-site to demonstrate science applied to life to more than 500 students.

We also organised event-based volunteering for employees. For instance:

• 3M hosted 30 clients from the Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore and their caregivers at our Innovation Centre. The activities promoted social inclusion and community integration.

• Food Pack donation and companionship to 150 beneficiaries at Lee Ah Mooi Old Age Home. Each food pack contained a handwritten card conveying well‑wishes. 3M volunteers distributed the packs and spent the day engaging with the elderly.

• Northwest CDC WeCare distribution to 174 households in public rental units: 3M Volunteers supported the running of the event, from registration, selection of items, check-out, to stock replenishment.
