Junior Achievement (JA) Singapore empowers young people with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to thrive in a rapidly changing economy. Since 2008, JA Singapore has equipped over 308,700 students, from kindergarten to university, with essential skills in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, work readiness, digital literacy, and sustainability through hands‑on, experiential learning.
In 2025, JA Singapore’s overall programmes focused on youth empowerment, engaging more than 1,900 corporate and individual volunteers, contributing 5,500 hours to reach over 26,700 youths through school and community programmes.
Committed to inclusive education, 180 JA Singapore volunteers contributed over 660 hours to support 1,160 underserved children and youths via collaborations with voluntary welfare organisations. Beneficiaries included Big Heart Student Care Centres, Boys’ Town, Chen Su Lan Methodist Children’s Home, Children’s Wishing Well, Chinese Development Assistance Council (CDAC), Credit Counselling Singapore, Darul Ihsan Orphanage, Kukoh+ Youth & Child Development Centre, PERTAPIS Centre for Women & Girls, and Spectra Academy.
Through volunteer-led facilitation, the cornerstone of JA Singapore’s CSR efforts, the organisation brings real-world perspectives to young learners. Sustained partnerships continue to strengthen education-to-work pathways, equipping youth with confidence, resilience, and purpose.
