Our CSR program is well supported by senior management and is run by two employee-led teams, the Wellbeing and Culture Ambassador teams. The focus is on creating social impact for our beneficiaries while simultaneously building employee engagement, and fostering a more conducive working environment for care, creativity, and collaboration.
 
In 2023, APAC employees, as a group, participated in “Ants March”, with employees walking regularly and accumulating steps to achieve the highest count, so that we could donate to two beneficiary organizations; one that worked with at-risk youth and the second that provided shelter to abandoned elders.
 
In partnership with the Singapore Association of The Visually Handicapped, we schedule regular employee massage days. In addition to contributing to the employment of visually handicapped masseurs, this activity fosters empathy and understanding of diverse perspectives from the stories shared by the therapists.
