Oracle Singapore integrates community, education, employee wellbeing, and sustainability to create meaningful, long-term impact. In 2025, 205 employees contributed 794 volunteer hours across 28 projects, including partnerships with Halogen and Heartware to empower youths from underprivileged backgrounds and develop future community leaders.
A key highlight is Oracle’s collaboration with IMDA. Through the TIP Alliance, Oracle is supporting the development of Singapore’s digital workforce by training up to 10,000 students and professionals by 2027 in AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and data science. This includes internship and apprenticeship programs across five polytechnics, with close to 100 students onboarded to date (64 in 2025). Oracle Academy further strengthens this pipeline, partnering 14 Institutes of Higher Learning over 15 years to provide free curriculum resources, while Oracle University will train 9,700 learners locally over the next 3 years.
Our impact extends to community and philanthropy, including a company-matched donation of USD4,000 to The Purple Parade and a large-scale food drive delivering 151 cartons to Food from the Heart.
Environmentally, Oracle is committed to 100% renewable energy by 2025 and net-zero emissions by 2050.
Culturally, Oracle has a range of benefits and resources that support holistic wellbeing. Regular webinars, enhanced parental leave to 10 weeks, and community support from ERGs provide employees a safe space to cope and thrive.
