Jennifer Cho
General Manager & Senior Vice President Commercial Operations, Asia Pacific
Jennifer Cho joined the biotech continuous glucose monitoring company Dexcom, Inc. as General Manager and Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations, APAC, in February 2025. In this role, Jennifer is responsible for leading strategic initiatives to drive continued growth and success in the Asia Pacific region to empower more people to take control of their health.
Prior to joining Dexcom, Jennifer served as Vice President and Managing Director of Medtronic’s Island Southeast Asia (ISEA) sub-region, based in Singapore. At the same time, she was also the Asia Pacific Strategic Marketing leader for neuroscience. During her tenure at Medtronic, which began in 2010, she held several progressively senior roles, from marketing to general management between Korea and Southeast Asia. Jennifer was honored with Medtronic’s APAC President’s Award twice since relocating to Singapore in 2015. She also received multiple accolades for financial performance based on her track record, and spearheaded initiatives that earned workplace certifications such as Great Place to Work.
Jennifer brings a wealth of experience from the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, having previously worked at multinational corporations such as Novo Nordisk, Johnson & Johnson, and Tyco Healthcare in various roles.
She holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Dongkuk University, South Korea.
