At Dell Technologies our purpose is to create technologies that drive human progress. We focus on using technology for social good, fostering future-ready AI skills and promoting inclusive leadership.
Since 2023, our Dell InnovateFest hackathon invites students to solve real-world challenges from social service partners like the Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore (MINDS) and Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH). Supported by industry mentors and public sector leaders such as Minister Desmond Lee and Minister Ong Ye Kung, the hackathon strengthens Dell’s commitment to harnessing technology for social good and building practical applications. In 2025, from over 1000 participants, 55 finalists from 10 IHLs developed solutions for youth mental health and support for caregivers of persons with intellectual disabilities.
Launched as a pilot in 2019, the Dell MentorConnect program has grown into a high‑impact initiative advancing workplace inclusion. To-date, it has supported 1,100 professionals from 21 partner companies through more than 15 flagship events, including the IamRemarkable initiative. Focused on women in early‑career and mid‑management roles, the program connects participants with experienced leaders for upskilling, and networking—most recently engaging 32 senior mentors and 126 mentees from 14 companies in 2025. Graduates of the seven‑month mentorship can build their skills and networks through post‑program masterclasses.
