DHL Group advances corporate citizenship through a shared purpose: Connecting People, Improving Lives. Our people are our greatest resource, and we empower them to create lasting community impact through four social programs: GoTeach, GoHelp, GoGreen, and GoTrade.
GoTeach strengthens youth employability by offering mentoring, career exposure, and skills‑building opportunities. DHL volunteers support young people transitioning into the workforce. In 2024, volunteers partnered with Access Singapore to design and deliver a mentorship program for 100 junior college students, including a presentation skills workshop and career mentoring.
GoHelp uses DHL’s logistics expertise for disaster response and preparedness. In Singapore, volunteers worked with the Singapore Red Cross to sort, pack, and deliver care packs, containing PPE, food, and medical supplies, to migrant workers and elderly residents during the pandemic, assembling over 400 boxes monthly.
GoGreen drives sustainable logistics by reducing emissions, investing in sustainable fuels, and decarbonizing operations. In Singapore, DHL now operates over 100 electric vehicles.
GoTrade supports small and medium‑sized enterprises by providing knowledge, tools, and access to global trade in a sustainable way.
