Natalie has been working in the global financial markets for the last 15 years. She started her career on the trading floor at Goldman Sachs in New York, and she has developed several institutional sales businesses at a number of leading global banks. After over a decade in sales, Natalie moved to Singapore in 2016 to run client strategy for the markets business in Asia for Citibank with a strong focus on sales technology and data analytics. In April 2020, she joined Standard Chartered to lead the digital strategy for global markets.

In conjunction with her professional work, Natalie is involved in several women’s advocacy initiatives across the region. She was a founding member of the AmCham Women Taskforce, and she served as the co-chair for the Taskforce since 2019. She sits on the steering committee for the Women’s Financial Inclusion Data Partnership, and she works closely with other organizations who focus on gender data and its impact on financial inclusion. Natalie serves as an Ambassador for Moxie Future, a sustainable investing platform for women, and she is a mentor and sponsor of Girls in Tech.

Natalie is a 2007 graduate of the Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin with a degree in Finance.
