Jannik holds a dual role at 3M, leading the Government Affairs teams across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM, while also serving as the Managing Director for 3M Singapore.
He is a board member of the US-ASEAN Business Council and served two terms as a Governor of the Singapore American Chamber of Commerce from 2019 to 2025. During his tenure, he was an active member of the Chamber’s Advocacy Committee and served as the liaison Governor to the Sustainability Committee.
Additionally, Jannik has held multiple leadership positions in other industry committees focused on Trade, Infrastructure, and Supply Chains. In these roles, he has guided organizations in creating impactful advocacy strategies, mitigating risks, fostering strategic partnerships, and executing transformative initiatives.
With over 25 years of experience in highly regulated sectors such as Energy, Defence, Transportation, and Healthcare across Europe and the Asia Pacific, Jannik has spent most of his private sector career in corporate executive positions.
Prior to joining the private sector, he worked with the Danish Armed Forces (officer) and Government in various ministries, among others as a diplomat.
Jannik is married and has two children.
