Accenture Singapore runs a comprehensive CSR program with a broad theme of ”Skills to Succeed”. We have a structured framework for our CSR program that covers 4 main pillars – Youth Tower, Women’s Tower, Senior Citizen Tower and Environment & Sustainability Tower. Each of these towers has leads who drive initiatives that support benefeciaries related to the tower. As an example, the Youth Tower closely works with organizations such as Junior Achievement, Muhamadiyah Welfare Association (supporting delinquent and at risk youth through play and coding camps), Playeum (supporting play based therapy for children below 5 ) and Autism Association (through donation). Similarly our Senior citizen tower looks at helping senior folks in Hawkers go digital and also help with other digital camps to enable access of technology to this group. Under our Women’s tower, we work with women’s organization for women empowerment and learning. Lastly under our Env and Sustainability Tower we look at areas such as Food security, poverty alleviation and partner closely with Hao Ren Hao Shi for regular food donation drives. All Accenture employees have 2 days of paid voluntary leave to support any of the above causes that they are passionate about.
