Adecco Singapore is strongly committed to building a more inclusive workforce. Our key initiatives include:

Employment & Employability Focus: Appointed as the first SGUnited Jobs & Skills Placement Partner by Workforce Singapore, participating in government pilots to enhance employability outcomes and contribute to an ongoing national conversation on workforce transformation

Diversity & Inclusion: Internally, we focus on closing inequalities through non-discriminatory hiring and a skills-first approach, to build future-proof workforce empowered to adapt to the evolving demands of the modern workplace

Community Giving: The Adecco Group committed to recruiting 85,000 refugees and training or upskilling 17,000 by 2027 – demonstrating how skills-first hiring can support broader goals such as peacebuilding and refugee inclusion

A major initiative, WISE by Adecco Singapore, was launched to help build the ecosystem with the government and partners to support the employment and employability of mature workers (40 years & above) in Singapore. WISE (Workplace Inclusion & Support for the Experienced) is an intentional movement to advocate and champion job placement for mature workers through collaboration with job centres, training providers, government agencies and employers to prototype workforce solutions for the silver workforce. Through WISE, we help seniors stay active by contributing to the economy, bolster financial independence and extend career longevity in this super-aged nation
