CEO for One Month supports unemployment, providing a unique career experience for fresh grads and those in the early stages of their career. We receive around 200,000 applicants annually where some have shadowed Adecco’s leadership, joined the business or are successfully placed with our clients.
Singapore’s winner beat winners from 45 countries and was crowned Global CEO for One Month 2022. He will shadow Adecco Group’s Global CEO in 2023. Through the Win4Youth program, we unite our employees, associates and clients, clocking hours for our global charity partner, Plan International to improve lives, education, and employment prospects – true to our purpose of making the future work for everyone.
