Supported by senior leadership, our Wellbeing and Culture Ambassador Teams lead initiatives that create positive social impact, benefiting communities and enhancing employee engagement, creativity, and collaboration. In partnership with Life Community Services Society, we organized a Young Leadership Workshop for 20 children, themed ”I am a Superhero Leader.” This workshop inspired children to dream big and pursue goals by enhancing leadership traits from the CCL book, ”Building Bridges: Leadership for You and Me,” through interactive activities.
We also participated in the National Junior College’s Generation GRIT program by hosting two students for a week-long job shadowing experience, which aligned with our commitment to educational programs that empower youth. Students were welcomed by colleagues who shared insights into their roles and demonstrated how their work advances CCL’s mission. This experience aims to inspire and equip the next generation with leadership knowledge and skills.
We also hosted a team from the Ministry of Education for their Management & Leadership in Schools Regional Visit to explore CCL’s mission, core services, and leadership development approach.
Additionally, we continue our partnership with the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped by organizing regular employee massage days, supporting the employment of visually-impaired masseurs and fostering empathy through their stories.
