For the second consecutive year, CCL Singapore collaborated with our adopted charity, Life Community Services Society (LCSS), to design and deliver young leadership workshops for beneficiaries aged 10 to 12. Supported by senior leadership, this commitment is brought to life through sustained partnerships that empower the next generation and promote social inclusivity.
In the same spirit of educational growth, CCL Singapore partnered with National Junior College’s Generation GRIT program to host two students for a day. Through mentorship and role demonstrations, our colleagues helped bridge the gap between the classroom and the workforce, empowering these young individuals to lead and make a positive difference in their future careers.
Beyond youth empowerment, we continue our collaboration with the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped (SAVH). Our regular in-office massage days offer a unique opportunity for our team to connect with SAVH practitioners, fostering a deeper sense of empathy and understanding through their personal journeys.
Together, these initiatives reflect our mission to develop future-ready leaders while giving back meaningfully to the community.
