We are one of the founding members of the Alliance for Action-Corporate Purpose. Our purpose is to support inclusion in tech through Digital Education and Skilling of under-represented communities and digital empowerment of charities.
We aim for social impact, reputational impact as an employer of choice and business impact through better employee retention and meaningful stakeholder engagement. In 2022, we continued collaborations with the IMDA, Smart Nation, MOE, Microsoft, AWS, and local community organizations. Education and Skilling: We mentored 20 secondary students with diverse intellectual abilities to program with Python and provided work attachments for MOE teachers.
We enabled 500+ youth with improved digital job skills. With partner AWS, we helped 600+ senior citizens and students pick up cloud skills. Through IMDA’s Digital for Life program, 50+ women graduated from our 1:1 Digital Skills mentoring program, with many securing jobs and improved social mobility.
We improved analytics adoption in the public sector through workshops for 60+ public officers from 22 government agencies. SSA digital transformation: Pro bono consulting for 20+ social services agencies.
