Andrew Thomas has spent close to 40 years in communication, business growth, and leadership – over 35 years of this with leading organizations across Asia.
 
Prior to leading Eagles Flight Asia, Andrew worked in the publishing arena, managing the business operations of the International Herald Tribune and Ogilvy / WPP Group for 15 Years
 
Andrew is a passionate believer in the importance of the brand inside as a weapon to help shape resilient company cultures and dynamic, supportive, leadership styles.
 
He is accomplished at helping organizations translate their strategies to operational, lived, day-to-day behaviors. Andrew has led and facilitated cultural transformation engagements that have resulted in engaged and motivated employees delivering increased and sustainable business results.
 
At Ogilvy / WPP Group, Andrew led a network that became the largest and most awarded Public Relations and Influence firm in Singapore and Southeast Asia region. He is a frequent speaker at industry and business events and brings energy, humor, and insight when moderating conferences and panel discussions involving many senior political figures and business leaders from the region.
 
Andrew is a master media, crisis, and presentation skills coach. He continues to counsel numerous CEOs and business leaders across the region helping them shape positioning, messaging, and storytelling relevant to their businesses. He has coached senior executives for the likes of UBS, Monetary Authority of Singapore, Intel, UPS, PayPal, TATA, National Arts Council, and GIC to name a few. His experience spans both the public and private sectors.
 
Andrew holds a master’s degree from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management. He is also a trained auctioneer and has auctioned some of Asia’s most valuable and sought-after contemporary art.
