Since embarking on our sustainability journey, Genesys has benchmarked the U.N.'s Sustainable Development Goals, SASB and GHG Protocol, aligned our Sustainability Report with the G.R.I. index framework, become a signatory to Terra Carta and The Climate Pledge, were awarded a B grade from the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), while EcoVadis awarded the company a gold medal rating in recognition of sustainability achievement in environmental, social, governance in 2022.

Among those goals: Becoming carbon-neutral, having a workforce as diverse as the markets in which we work, maximizing availability and compliance, and touching 1 million lives in meaningful ways through our technology and innovation — we want to use our product for good outside our walls.
