At Hasbro, As a global organisation, Hasbro runs a global annual event – Global Day of Joy to give back to the community and make a positive impact by supporting children in need. Last year, Hasbro Singapore has extended this to a week long event – Global Week of Joy.

Hasbro embarked on 3 key CSR events, which were in partnership with EPWorth, a Social Service Agency that helps at-risk children and youths from needy and disadvantaged families; wherein employees contributed time to conduct a storytelling, arts and craft and terrarium workshop sessions to children. Aside from the CSR events, we have also orgainsed a fundraising campaign – Brian Goldner Literacy Fund, which is aimed at helping students from disadvantaged families, particularly those who have been severely impacted by COVID-19. With this scholarship, students were able to receive timely intervention without adding to their family’s financial burden. Through this, we have managed to raise over $13,000 – allowing us to exceed the goal of $11,500.
