HP's Sustainable Impact strategy focuses on 3 key pillars.
- Climate Action - Taking urgent and decisive action to achieve net zero carbon emissions across our entire value chain, give back to forests than we take, and innovate our products and services for a more circular economy.
- Human Rights - Building a culture of equality and empowerment within HP and beyond, where diversity is sought out and celebrated, and where universal human rights are understood and respected.
- Digital Equity - Accelerating access to technology & solutions, AI & workforce-ready skills, education, healthcare, and economic opportunities for those who are traditionally excluded so they can participate and thrive in a digital economy. To power the future worker, our target segments include young people, on-demand workers and micro/small business.
On a local context, the Singapore Social Impact Committee (established in 1977) focuses our social impact events on 3 groups.
- Seniors
- Low Income households
- Persons with disabilities
The group organized a record breaking 130 events in 2025 giving employees the opportunity to contribute both their time and money to support different charitable causes across Singapore.
