In Singapore, our CSR programs have a strong focus on mental wellbeing, STEM education, and children and elderly welfare.

In 2024, hundreds of our employees contributed thousands of volunteer hours in activities including:
– WiSTEM2D SG Youth Pillar – Collaborating with Junior Achievement, J&J volunteers participated with Jurong Ville Secondary school students in an interactive and hands-on experience that showcased the possibilities of STEM related careers and the journey behind getting there. This included a sharing from JLABS on innovation, entreprenuership and start ups, a panel discussion with J&J colleagues in Technology, Data Analytics, and Supply Chain.
– St Luke’s ElderCare – J&J volunteers engage and support elderlies under St Luke’s care. J&J volunteers spent meaningful time and engaged with seniors at SLEC centers in addition to running eye check sessions.
– Dementia Singapore – J&J volunteers visited Dementia Singapore’s care centers and went on field trips to spend time with individuals with dementia.
– Holiday Toy Drive – J&J employees collected hundreds of toys for children under the care of Canossaville Children & Community Services. They delivered the toys in person and spent time with the children.
