The Johnson & Johnson Global Community Impact (GCI) organization drives our community giving, social impact, and other philanthropic initiatives. GCI stewards funding from Johnson & Johnson Foundation, an independent charitable organization, in signature programs.

In Singapore, GCI programs strongly focus on community mental health, STEM education, and children and elderly welfare.

Supported programs include Slow Art Plus Program Research Project developed with the National Gallery Singapore and NTU to test the efficacy of slow art in reducing stress and empowering self-care among 200 participants.

WiSTEM2D SG Youth Pillar engages J&J volunteers to cultivate interest among young girls in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, manufacturing, and design.

In 2022, more than 2,000 youths in Singapore were inspired to pursue studies and careers in these fields. Bridge to Employment is a three-year program developed with Jurongville Secondary School to help 45 students build solid futures by introducing them to careers in health and by providing them with enhanced experiences with J&J volunteers.

LOVE NILS Toy Drive is an annual event where J&J employees donate toys for children with cancer. In 2022, 1,067 toys were donated by 127 employees.

St Luke's ElderCare is a volunteering program for J&J employees to support elderly members of society under St Luke’s care. In 2022, 30 volunteers spent meaningful time and engaged with 500 seniors at St Luke's ElderCare centers.
