JPMorganChase is committed to fostering a dynamic and thriving company that plays a leading role in advancing a sustainable and inclusive economy. As a global financial institution, we utilize our unique expertise, insights, and resources to address the economic and societal challenges faced by our clients, employees, and communities.

In Singapore, we have continued our collaboration with the Singapore University of Technology and Design to implement the Career Connect program. This initiative offers STEM workshops, design challenge activities, and career exploration sessions to disadvantaged female secondary school students, aiming to equip and inspire them to pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Our JPMorganChase employees also volunteer their skills and knowledge as mentors, helping students develop the awareness and work-ready skills needed for their future careers. The program has reached over 200 female students since the program was launched in 2022, with over 80% of participants in 2024 reporting a greater interest to pursue STEM related careers.

In 2024, in collaboration with over 30 organizations, more than 1,700 JPMorganChase employees devoted over 13,000 volunteer hours to various activities in Singapore, including delivering food packs, refurbishing homes for vulnerable individuals, and cleaning up reservoirs and animal shelters.
