KLA Singapore and the KLA Foundation are committed to advancing humanity by investing in our communities to create a more equitable, inclusive and accessible world. We strategically partner with organizations that know their communities best to create upstream solutions for sustainable change and empower our employees to get involved in causes that are close to their hearts. In 2021, KLA Singapore continued our work with long-term community partners, including Metta School and Lion Befrienders, in executing on annual projects and activities such as hosting mock interviews for the special needs students, donating and distributing Covid-19 related daily essential goods bags, and rolling out home improvement projects to support our vulnerable elderly. In addition, we engaged with the Singapore Science Centre to jointly develop Science Kits to encourage students from lower income families to pursue their interests in STEM. We rounded up the year with donations and employee participation in the Singapore NParks’ OneMillionTrees movement to restore nature back into our city. KLA is very proud to play our part in helping the local community in Singapore.
