By 2028, Lubrizol aims to impact 2,028,000 lives globally through community engagement. We will achieve this by:
– Contributing at least 100,000 volunteer hours in our local communities.
– Providing grants to local organizations aligned with our sites.
Our CSR program focuses on three main pillars:
1. Education: We invest in quality education, raise STEM awareness, and provide resources for students and educators. Our volunteers create real-world connections to help students succeed.
2. Hunger & Health: We reduce hunger and improve well-being by ensuring families have access to nutritious food and stable housing, addressing root causes of systemic issues.
3. Sustainability: We champion programs that promote sustainable cities and communities, support life on land and below water, and advance climate action.
Global Initiatives:
1. Global Month of Impact: In spring 2024, over 1,000 volunteers from 34 sites in 11 countries participated in projects, positively impacting 230,000 individuals.
2. International Volunteer Day: In 2024, Lubrizol impacted 133,000+ individuals across 11 countries, with 550+ volunteers contributing 1,300+ hours through 41 projects.
