Lumen’s Engagement & Community programme is grounded in the belief that meaningful impact comes from consistency, partnership and people showing up - bringing together employee volunteering, skills‑based support and targeted funding to advance education, inclusion, health and food security.

Since 2024, we have partnered with Eden School to support graduation events, student outings and hands‑on volunteering that builds confidence and connection for students with special needs. Supporting women and girls in STEM is another focus - we support United Women Singapore’s Girls2Pioneers programme by combining organisational support with employee mentorship and participation in key milestones e.g. graduations.

Employee‑led impact is amplified through Lumen Cares, which supports grassroots CSR by matching employee fundraising, recognising and converting volunteer hours and directing company contributions to charities. For example, our Crochet Club brings employees together to create items for community donation drives, growing a small creative effort into sustained, yearly support for women’s empowerment and children’s health causes.

We also partner with Image Mission to impart digital literacy skills supporting underserved job seekers; and Food from the Heart to address food insecurity through regular donation drives and volunteer‑led packing sessions.

These efforts reflect Lumen’s commitment to inclusive growth and community impact.
