Kellanova’s approach to corporate citizenship is anchored in the Better Days Promise – our social and environmental strategy focused on advancing sustainable and equitable access to food while strengthening the communities where we operate.
Across the AMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa) region, we bring this commitment to life through long‑term partnerships, employee‑led volunteering and purposeful campaigns that address real community needs. In Singapore alone, in 2025, our employees contributed 172 volunteer hours, and we donated more than 110,000 meals, reaching close to 30,000 people through collaborations with NGOs supporting children, families and vulnerable communities.
A key milestone in 2025 was the launch of the AMEA Better Days Promise Festival – a multi‑moment regional campaign designed to build understanding of our Better Days pillars and spotlight how our people and businesses drive positive impact. Across one week in March and October respectively, we organized 20+ activities where 400 employees came together to volunteer for 900+ hours. In Singapore, this came to life through a curated volunteer calendar, creating regular, accessible opportunities for employees to give back throughout the year.
As Kellanova enters its next chapter following its acquisition by Mars, our commitment to making a meaningful difference remains unchanged – continuing to empower our people, strengthen partnerships and drive sustained positive impact for the communities we serve.
