Micron’s CSR strengthens communities by expanding equitable access to STEM and AI education, advancing workforce readiness, and building community resilience. Anchored by the Micron Foundation, it combines strategic grantmaking with strong employee engagement to create lasting social value aligned with national priorities. Micron’s CSR efforts focus on two core streams: grants for direct community engagement and employee volunteering.

Employee engagement is a cornerstone of this approach. Through Starlight 2025, Micron’s volunteering initiative, more than 99% of team members in Singapore participated in community service, embedding a strong culture of giving across the company.

In the AI era, Micron is evolving its CSR strategy through a partnership with AI Singapore, aligned with Singapore’s National AI Strategy 2.0. This collaboration advances AI-for-good by upskilling diverse communities, while equipping social service agencies to support local AI talent development.

Micron also partners with organizations and SSAs to expand access to experiential STEM learning and engage children and youths through community-based programmes.

Complementing these future-focused efforts, Micron supports active aging through its partnership with Blossom Seeds Limited, where team members engage seniors through learning and social connection. Together, these initiatives reflect Micron’s commitment to building inclusive, resilient, multi-generational communities in Singapore.
