NIQ Singapore’s Inclusion Impact Team (IIT) aims to drive meaningful impact where we work and live. In line with SG60, we delivered over 60 acts of kindness, community engagement and inclusive workplace practices.
Our annual People & Planet Day (26 June 2025) mobilized 126 colleagues, contributing 375 volunteer hours across 16 activities spanning environmental clean‑ups, food and medical packing, and befriending. During SG Cares Giving Week and festive season, associates were encouraged to give back via donations to various beneficiaries. We also maintain partnerships with National Kidney Foundation, K9Assistance and Muscular Dystrophy Association (Singapore). To support local talent, we collaborate with education institutions such as NTU, SMU and NYP through Thought Leadership and Industry sharing.
Internally, IIT fostered belonging and cross-cultural appreciation through festive celebrations, International Women’s Day and SG60 Heritage Games. Employee well‑being was elevated through Smart Snacking education, a wellness carnival with health screening, and an organization-wide Step Challenge where 84 associates collectively clocked 20.7 million steps (~15,159 km).
These efforts strengthened NIQ’s inclusive culture while delivering measurable social and environmental impact. We were awarded the Diversity & Inclusion Initiative of the Year – Consulting (Singapore Business Review Management Excellence Awards 2025) and HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2025 (Singapore).
