Nitin has more than 20 years of experience in the field of leadership development, coaching and counselling and has been a consultant for various global institutes/organizations in the United States, India and Singapore. Some of his expertise has been working with various MNC’s and Family businesses in the region in areas of developing Senior Executive teams,, Coaching culture, Diversity and Culture sensitivity, Change Leadership, and Organizational transformation.
Nitin currently is the APAC Director, Client solutions & Delivery at Bridge Partnership. Prior to joining BRIDGE, Nitin worked in management consultancy, leadership development and educational institutes globally with extensive experiences in designing client solutions, facilitation and coaching. Nitin is also a passionate thought-leader and has presented at several National and International forums, from topics ranging on Resilience, Mental Well-being, Talent Retention & Development, Future of Work, Intercultural Sensitivity to name a few. In addition to his full time role, Nitin also spends time mentoring and coaching young leaders in Asia pacific.
Nitin has a Master degree in Education & Administration and a Bachelor degree in Psychology both from the United States where he also lived and worked for 15 years before moving to Singapore where he’s based now for the last 11 years. He is also a certified counsellor from the American Psychological Association and is certified on various Psychometric assessments. He is currently an active member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore and Co-Chairs the Human Capital Committee.
