Our ESG (CSR) priorities are embedded in our business as we seek to empower women with both information and access to the health care they need. Our program consists of Global, Regional and local Initiatives.
Our Global initiatives aim to support Women's Health and Equity and our Planet. As a flagship program we work together with partners to help prevent an estimated 120 million unintended pregnancies by 2030 by providing 100 million women and girls in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) with affordable access to contraceptive options by 2030.
Our Regional initiatives include grants for partners such as recently announced for:
India, PSI India: AWESOMM_HER - Empowering Adolescent Girls Through School‑Linked SRH Education
Indonesia, UNFPA Indonesia: REACH - Revitalizing Equitable Access and Choice for Her
Thailand, Kenan Asia: Smart Family Planning in Action (Phase 2)
Vietnam, UNFPA Vietnam: Enhancing Access to Health Services for Women Workers in Industrial Zones
Our local initiatives in Singapore are employee driven and leadership sponsored. In 2025 these activities included quarterly events:
- Volunteering at Willing Hearts Kitchen
- Employee Christmas donation drive for Safe Place - which women with unsupported pregnancies (more than 200 items donated)
- Company participation in Pink Ribbon Walk by Breast Cancer Foundation
- Singapore East Coast Beach Clean up
