Procter & Gamble’s citizenship program takes a holistic approach and mirrors the organization’s commitment to the Community.
We use every opportunity to be a Force for Good and a Force for Growth for all within and beyond P&G.
Our extensive CSR program, Proudly PGSG, is an employee ground up approach, that impacts the community through supporting Singaporeans, Equality & Inclusion (E&I) and Sustainability.
Community Impact Initiatives range from hygiene education to supporting the reintegration of ex-offenders and at-risk teenage girls.
P&G also partnered SWCDC for its Festive Cheers, contributing 8,000 household packs and gifted 400 children a gift during the festivities. E&I P&G’s Women Entrepreneurs Academy completed its 5th year, with 140 graduated women entrepreneurs to date.
P&G Singapore Product Supply also launched ‘Beautiful Minds’ with the Autism Resource Centre Singapore to drive disability-inclusive employment. Sustainability P&G Singapore participated in the Recycling Heroes Programme and to date has recycled 58kg of plastics. We also cleaned up Yishun Dam and collected 370kg of trash.
Additionally, we sponsored the planting of 50 trees at Sungei Serangoon Park Connector in Dec 2021. In May 2023, 66 more trees will be planted in Bedok. P&G’s CSR program builds upon Singapore’s existing foundation to create greater value together. These collaborations reaffirm P&G’s commitment in creating a world where equal access and opportunities are available to everyone.
