Randy Duax is the Managing Director of Stagwell Asia-Pacific, where he oversees regional operations spanning 2,500 employees across 15 markets. Based in Singapore, he launched Stagwell’s APAC headquarters in 2022 and reports directly to global CEO Mark Penn. He leads the region’s expansion strategy, integrating modern creative, media, digital transformation, and data capabilities under one high-performance roof.
Randy joined Stagwell in 2016 as SVP, Talent and Recruiting, where he built the company’s global executive talent infrastructure. Prior to that, he served as WPP’s Talent Director for Asia Pacific, leading senior hiring across teams in Singapore, Shanghai, Sydney, and Tokyo.
He began his career in New York with Koller Search Partners in 2004, the executive search firm of record for leading media brands including Harvard Business Review, Bloomberg Media Studios, and The Daily Mail. Over a decade, he helped scale the firm’s digital practice and broaden its reach across publishing, broadcast, and emerging platforms.
Since returning to Singapore in 2022, Randy has been an active contributor to AmCham and a regular participant in its community. His leadership blends global perspective with local execution, making him a trusted advisor to CEOs, CFOs, and CMOs navigating Asia-Pacific markets.
