Joseph is Regional Vice-President and leads the RGP consulting team in Southeast Asia including India and Australia. He is responsible for strategy, growth, operations, and partnership opportunities. Joseph is based in Singapore having relocated from Silicon Valley in the summer of 2023. Previously, Joseph was a senior member of the Strategic Client Accounts program where he managed Fortune 100 technology clients.
Prior to RGP, Joseph spent 25 years in management consulting and operating roles. He held senior executive positions at firms including Deloitte Consulting, Optum, Cerner and the Berkeley Research Group. His expertise ranges from strategy to leading large scale transformation initiatives focused on performance improvement. Joseph served large US companies including Cisco Systems, Stanford Healthcare, and Kaiser Permanente. He also served on the Board advisory committee of a large West Coast healthcare system and was co-chair of the Finance Committee.
Joseph graduated from the University of California at Davis where he studied biological sciences.
Outside of work, Joseph is an avid golfer, wine enthusiast, and enjoys international travel and food. Now that he is in Singapore, he is eager to explore the exotic destinations that are so readily accessible. He and his wife spend most weekends supporting and cheering their two teenage children in baseball, swimming, and volleyball.
