Head, Customer Acquisition & Management CapitaLand Ltd


As head of Customer Acquisition & Management, Sally seeks to strengthen the customer acquisition capabilities and build up existing customer management of CapitaLand Singapore portfolio of Business Park, Industrial and Logistics space solutions with more than 2,600 customers. She manages 3 teams, comprising marketing, leasing and lease management.

• Marketing team’s key responsibility is lead generations for new customers through engaging multipliers like the public agencies and third-party agents, promoting the portfolio through digital and traditional channels; content marketing and brand management.
• Marketing team’s key responsibility is lead generations for new customers through engaging multipliers like the public agencies and third-party agents, promoting the portfolio through digital and traditional channels; content marketing and brand management.
• Leasing team works closely with the asset owner in designing the desired product type and specifications for new projects and the other predominant role is to complete the lease negotiation and transaction with inputs into the CRM database and lease management system.• Lease Management team supports the leasing team to manage all tenancy and contract services, and the role includes property tax assessment and arrears management of the portfolio.

Overall, under Sally’s management, the department will formulate the marketing and leasing strategy, ascertain the budget and mandate and work closely with the asset and portfolio teams to achieve the leasing targets set out for the portfolio.
Sally has over 20 years of experience in both Singapore and regional real estate markets. Prior to joining CapitaLand, she had worked at International Property Consultant – Jones Lang LaSalle and Cushman & Wakefield; and government statutory board, Jurong Town Corporation (JTC), where at JTC, she was the pioneer team that led the master planning and development of one-north. Prior to joining CapitaLand, she was Deputy General Manager of Keppel Land International, where she was Head of Singapore Commercial and International Residential Marketing, overseeing the design development, marketing, sales and lease management of commercial, residential, and large-scale mixed-use developments in Singapore, China, Indonesia, India and Vietnam. Key projects that Sally was involved since inception included Marina Bay Financial Center, Ocean Financial Center, One Raffles Quay, Marina@Keppel Bay, Tianjin eco-city in China, Park Avenue Centre in Shanghai, China, Thu Thiem Township in Vietnam and Jakarta Garden City in Indonesia.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Second Honours) in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management.
