Description: Certified SG Clean, masked up and socially distant, our team at W Singapore-Sentosa Cove is excited to welcome guests back to our restaurants. As we all learn to embrace the new normal, we’re delighted to unveil our Sunday Sharing Feast, a communal sharing style brunch concept to tide us through this season of reuniting and reconnecting with loved once whilst ensuring the safety of both our associates and guests. 

Start off with a series of luxurious starters including Locally made Burrata with Heirloom Tomatoes, Grilled Squid with Sobrassada (pork sausage) & Romesco sauce, Grilled Lobster Tails with Truffle Sabayon and more before tucking into your mains. With a spread including our Grilled Grass Fed Porterhouse, Hot Ash-Roasted Whole Harissa-marinated Cauliflower with Pickled Za’atar and Tahini Dressing, and Duck Fat Roasted Potato, rest assured there will be something to indulge everyone at the table. Finally, top it off with some Saffron Milk Cake with Tres Leches Sauce and Dark Chocolate Soufflé with Orange & Chocolate Sauce.
