Haskell is a global network of experts providing integrated design, engineering, construction and professional services to clients and communities. Established in 1965 in Jacksonville, Florida, Haskell operates globally with more than 24 client-driven offices throughout the US, Mexico, and Asia, providing a wide range of services in design and construction for various customers. The services provided ranged from business case analysis and master planning; systems analytics and modelling; architecture, all disciplines of engineering, project management, specialized engineering (process, packaging, material handling, clean in place or known as CIP systems); to sustainable design and virtual reality/augmented reality models.
“With our focused strategy to achieve growth and leadership in core markets, Haskell’s expansion into the Asian region is backed with a global standard of excellence coupled with a strong local presence. As a company, Haskell takes pride in ensuring that clients are able to receive a competitive blend of international and local services. With their 24-hour work schedule, every project is carefully designed and executed by both APAC and US team members to ensure that every project is completed with a great level of precision that exceeds expectations”, says Nimesh Kedia, Project Director.
In 2014, Haskell first established its presence in APAC when approached by a client for our expertise on a new facility in Singapore. Since then, Haskell APAC has grown and expanded across other regions. Across APAC, Haskell has strong capabilities to assist clients with projects from conception to a successful execution. Our capabilities are reflected in the success of Project Sling, the development of Pepsico’s Greenfield Concentrate Manufacturing facility in Singapore, spanning over 216,000 square feet.
Globally recognized in our strong commitment to Excellence, Haskell Singapore has earned several notable accolades to their name. Collectively, the team reduced Haskell’s capital budget from $120 million to $95 million. The team also holds multiple awards, National Award Merit winner awarded by the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) and Best Bioprocessing innovation award for Clean & Sterile Engineering awarded by IMAPAC. On top of that, many costly conflicts were avoided with Haskell’s early planning and strategic implementation expertise, carrying a 0.32 OSHA Recordable incident rate, with only one incident occurring in more than 1.25 million man-hours.
Our expertise within industries across various markets includes food and beverage, aviation and aerospace, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals, as well as consumer products extends to our ability to provide consulting services. We aim to continue being pioneers to bridge the gap between ideas and execution, as well as translating conceptual business plans to more pragmatic and cost-effective solutions. Our capabilities to deliver inimitable service and innovative results at every project phase is what truly sets us apart in the market.
