Technological disruption has made it necessary for companies to look into how they prepare their human capital for the future. In the context of these issues, AmCham hosted our 2019 Human Capital Conference focusing on The Future of Human Capital.

AmCham was honored to have Minister for Manpower Josephine Teo deliver the keynote address for the conference, followed by a frank fireside chat moderated by Elisa M Mallis, Managing Director and Vice President Asia Pacific, Center for Creative Leadership, where she addressed our members’ concerns about manpower issues and how businesses in Singapore could stay ahead amidst changing demands of the modern economy. Following the session our members had the opportunity to break into small group discussions and exchange ideas and share their insights on best practices to ensure companies are future-ready.

Thank you to our members for your support of this year’s Human Capital Conference. We also appreciate the generous support of our Presenting Sponsor MAXIMUS, and our Event Sponsors Center for Creative Leadership, Lim-Loges & Masters and VOLT (Singapore) . We also would like to thank AmCham’s Human Capital Co-Chairs Anupama Puranik, Nitin Goil and Paul Wilt for all their efforts in assisting us to plan for this conference.
