Brian Rogove is the Group Chief Executive Officer of XCL Education, a Singapore headquartered Education group focused on providing high quality K-12 private schools to 30,000 students across Southeast Asia and backed by TPG Capital & Temasek Holdings.

Brian has lived and worked in Asia for 24 years and has spent the last 16 years focused on driving quality improvement in schools and preparing students for the jobs of tomorrow through innovative curriculum and pedagogical approaches.

Brian serves on the Board of Reach Higher, a non-profit focused on equity and access to tertiary education for first generation students, chaired by Michelle Obama. He also serves on the Board of =DREAMS, a Singapore based non-profit. Since 2017 he has served on the Board Facilities Committee for the Singapore American School.

Cathy Ward is the Regional Chief Operating Officer (COO) at SAP Asia Pacific Japan (APJ). She is responsible for orchestrating and evolving the company’s operating model to cloud and digital, driving customer lifetime value, and enabling a sustainable subscription growth business across 5 diverse markets: Australia and New Zealand, Southeast Asia, South Korea, India, and Japan.

Cathy leads all supporting customer success functions, including digital demand, presales and value advisory, business operations, transformation, and partner ecosystem. She engages with SAP’s existing and new customers to both operate successfully today and anticipate the future, creating scale and new channels to market.

Jacob Puthenparambil is the founder and CEO of Redhill, as well as a communications expert, opinion leader, author, serial entrepreneur, and business leader with over two decades of global experience. He oversees a team of over 200 talents across Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Thailand, India, Greater China, Japan, Philippines, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Cambodia, along with growing teams in the Middle East, UK, Europe, and the US.

Agraj is also a strong advocate for advancing of Equality and Inclusion.He is currently serving on the CEO Council for American Chamber of Commerce (Amcham)Singapore and has served on the boards of Amcham South Africa and US-ASEAN Business Council (USABC), Vietnam Chapter.

Agraj graduated with a B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi in 2003, andholds a MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta.

As Regional President for Organon’s Operations in over 20 countries across Asia Pacific & Japan, Kaja oversees a dedicated, highly experienced team of over 1000 people, united in their drive to better support the health of women across the region.

With extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry Kaja has worked across a wide range of markets, holding global roles including Global Commercial Lead for Cardiovascular and Metabolic Diseases. She was Managing Director of MSD Netherlands, Managing Director for MSD in South Africa, and commercial operations lead at MSD Russia.

Mr. Tan is CEO of Orchard Global, Singapore, and Head of Asia Pacific, leading origination, structuring and distribution in APAC. He is also responsible for legal structuring and deal execution in the global investment team as Head of Legal Structuring.

His career in financial markets spans over 2 decades, with prior leadership roles in Morgan Stanley, HSBC and Allen & Overy, across London, HK and Singapore.

Mr. Tan is a qualified Solicitor of England and Wales and an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. He received his MA (Hons) in Jurisprudence from Trinity College, Oxford University, and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.

Maurizio Brusadelli is EVP & President Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) for Mondelēz International. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for more than 70 markets in the region. Maurizio is also a member of Mondelēz International’s global management team and additionally oversees the Global Procurement function.

Maurizio joined Kraft Foods in 1993 in Italy in the Marketing department and subsequently moved into Sales and Trade Marketing. He assumed Marketing responsibility for the Italian division in 2002 and became Category Director, Philadelphia Europe in 2006. Maurizio moved to Spain in 2009 as VP & Managing Director of Kraft Foods Iberia. He went on to lead the Gum & Candy category in Europe and was appointed President of the UK, Ireland & Nordics operations in 2012.

He relocated to Singapore in 2014, to take on the role of President of Markets & Sales and Biscuits and was appointed to his current role in 2016.
