Keeping you safe
For those traveling now and in the near future, we’re implementing temporary changes in the air and on the ground.
At the airport - We are reducing touch-points, deploying sneeze guards and disinfecting common surfaces in both customer and employee spaces.
Before you board – We are boarding fewer customers at a time and limiting seat selections to allow more distance in the cabin and at the gate.
On board – We are the first major U.S. airline to require flight attendants and passengers to wear a face covering or mask.
After landing - We ensure our aircraft cleaning standards meet, and in many cases, exceed CDC guidelines.
Booking with flexibility
We are offering extended flexibility with change fee waivers and refund options to help with the uncertainty around your future travel. Learn More
