In Kellanova, under her leadership to drive CSR and ED&I priorities, the Kellanova Singapore team has received the AmCham CARES Award for the past 2 years, as well as, the AmCham HERo Award in 2022. Casline would like to serve on the AmCham Singapore Board for multifaceted reasons rooted in professional growth, network expansion, and impactful contribution to the business landscape.
She has been an active AmCham member for over a decade contributing as:
• Co-Chair of the Human Capital Committee from May 2019 to April 2021
• Board Governor since April 2021
• Represented AmCham during the annual Human Capital conferences and manpower survey discussions with MoM
• Served as Master of Ceremonies at the AAP Summit 2021

He is graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of Virginia. Nate co-chaired AmCham Singapore’s Legal & IP Committee from 2019 to 2023 and served on the 2023 Board Nomination Committee. He represented AmCham Singapore in the AmChams of Asia Pacific (AAP) doorknocks to Washington, D.C. in 2022 and 2023.
He previously served as General Counsel on the Executive Committee of AmCham China and co-chaired the AmCham China Legal Committee. As Governor, Nate aims to support the Chamber’s engagement on regional trade and investment policy, on visa and employment policies affecting expat families, and collaboration with other chambers in Asia.
Over the past year, Adam spearheaded the inaugural AmCham Al Innovation Tour at Google, facilitated a YouTube CEO Luncheon for AmCham's APEC Business Mission, and hosted the ACCelerate Summit to unlock SME potential. He is mission-driven to advance the Chamber's goals of advocacy, insights, and connections by delivering the full value of partnership.
Adam majored in Political Science and International Studies at Yale and earned an Executive Certificate in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School. He is a member of the Navy League and was named an AmCham Ambassador in 2024.
As a former Governor and Vice-Chair of AmCham between 2018 and 2022, Peta helped foster strong connections by co-chairing the original AmCham Women Taskforce, supporting the Chamber’s strategy refresh, providing thought leadership at events and actively supporting the change and structure of today’s Executive Team. With Mercer a key partner of Workforce Singapore and the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Peta brings a balanced view of workforce needs for local, US and third-country organizations. She cares about making a difference, is always focused on impact, and welcomes opportunities to support AmCham’s next stage of growth.
In addition to her stellar corporate experience, Priya brings valuable governance expertise – She has earned the prestigious IDP certification from INSEAD, A strategic communications degree from Harvard and is recognized as a Senior Accredited Board Director by SID. She serves as a board member on McCormick’s JVs in the region. Priya is committed to driving meaningful change with good governance practices and creating more inclusive boards. She’s been an active member of the AmCham CEO council, and also won AmCham’s Equality Champion award in 2023. Given her unique profile coupled with her governance expertise, Priya is a strong candidate to serve on the AmCham Board.
Chua Horng Shya leads the Oracle business in Singapore, where she is responsible for managing the company’s operations and setting Oracle’s strategy for growth, performance and profitability in the market.
Oracle has been operating in Singapore since 1988 and works with diverse organisations ranging from the public sector, blue-chip multinational corporations to local Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs), across industries, to drive their digital transformation visions. As Oracle continues to enable customers on the Cloud, Horng Shya works closely with leaders across Oracle’s various lines of business to engage with customers and help them unlock business value from Oracle’s cloud solutions. She also played a pivotal role in the launch of Oracle’s cloud regions in Singapore in 2021 and 2023. Under Horng Shya’s leadership, Oracle Singapore was also one of the 18 companies to receive the prestigious HIGH DISTINCTION AmCham CARES award.
Horng Shya is passionate about team coaching and grooming the talents of tomorrow. She has spearheaded Oracle’s internship and apprenticeship programmes for local polytechnic and ITE students for future job placements, bolstering Singapore’s tech talent ecosystem. She also serves as a mentor for many women in the industry. Most recently, she was recognised as part of the SG 100 Women in Tech list, organised by the Singapore Computer Society, in partnership with SG Women in Tech and Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA). In April 2023, she was also elected as one of AmCham Singapore’s Board of Governors for 2023-2024.
Prior to joining Oracle, Horng Shya led the Public Sector business at Microsoft Singapore. She helped organisations adopt core and emerging technologies to improve the public service. Her 15-year career in Microsoft was propelled by her desire to create real and lasting impact in Singapore, especially in Education and Lifelong Learning, Government, Health and Social Services, and Public Safety and National Security.
Outside of work, Horng Shya loves visiting exotic places, immersing herself in local culture, and connecting with friends. She has a postgraduate and undergraduate degree in Business from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Australia.
Guillermo Frydman is the Area Managing Director, MedTech Southeast Asia at Johnson & Johnson (J&J).
He is a global and progressive business leader who has held various roles for more than 29 years with the company across different geographies within Latin America and Asia Pacific. During his tenure as the Managing Director for J&J Singapore, he actively shaped the external healthcare environment as a Board member and President of Singapore Association of Pharmaceutical Industries (SAPI).
Guillermo passionately chairs and sponsors key community and employee resource group initiatives such as environmental sustainability, Health & Wellness, Global Community Impact, and Open & Out at J&J.
His vast experience in the healthcare sector and passion in these community-related initiatives will offer balanced and informed insights for the American businesses in Singapore, and help these businesses bridge valuable connections with the broader business ecosystem in Singapore and the region.
Clark Jennings is the managing director for Crowell Global Advisors Southeast Asia regional office, based in Singapore. He manages the firm’s operations in this dynamic regional hub and helps clients, including multinational firms and their associations, to navigate the evolving regulatory, policy, and political environment across the region, including within the APEC and ASEAN economic forums.
Prior to joining Crowell Global Advisors, he served at the National Economic Council of the Obama White House. There, he managed the West Wing “war room” to coordinate the administration’s strategy, outreach, and communications efforts on behalf of the president’s trade agenda, including the Trans-Pacific Partnership.
Previously, Clark was chief of staff at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA), where he helped guide strategic planning to fulfill the agency’s mission of linking U.S. businesses to infrastructure opportunities in emerging markets. As a member of USTDA’s senior executive team, he advised on deployment of international grant assistance, strategic outreach and communications, legislative strategy, and was the agency liaison to The White House, the National Security Council, and other U.S. government entities. He has represented the U.S. government in bilateral settings and international events on five continents.
Prior to joining the Obama Administration, Clark oversaw four departments and was part of the senior management team for the 2012 Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina. He went on to serve as the senior advisor to the executive director for the 2013 Presidential Inaugural Committee. Clark traveled extensively on behalf of The White House, staffing President Obama on official international visits that have included trips to China, Myanmar, Laos, India, Brazil, and Iraq.
A native of Little Rock, Arkansas, Clark previously worked as a commercial litigation associate at a nationally-recognized Arkansas firm and served as a federal law clerk to U.S. District Judge D.P. Marshall Jr. of the Eastern District of Arkansas. He also served in the Office of Governor Mike Beebe as deputy communications director.
Elisa Mallis has accumulated 20 years of experience as a business leader with a focus on transformational change, human capital strategy, sales, and marketing. Currently, she is the Global Vice President of Research, Innovation & New Content Creation at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). In her role, she oversees both Leadership Research & Analytics Team and our Partnerships & Innovation Team, fostering a culture of mission-focused innovation, experimentation, and dissemination of research.
Based in Asia over the last 14 years, Elisa has held substantial leadership roles, including at MDS (a Greater China-focused Leadership Firm), at the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business and Accenture.
CCL has been a member of AmCham Singapore for over ten years. With CCL’s renewed investment and focus to bring East to West perspectives on Leadership, Elisa will be able to bring these latest Asia-focused human capital and leadership development best practices to support AmCham Singapore’s growth and impact.
As Chief Marketing Officer of Google APAC, Simon Kahn oversees strategy, research, brand management, advertising, and more for Google’s consumer products and business solutions across sixteen countries in the region.
Under his leadership, Google Marketing in APAC has become an innovation hub recognized for its insights-led culture and propensity for taking smart risks.
Prior to Google, Simon worked at American Express as Country Manager for Singapore, in national politics at the White House Liaison office, and co-founded Youth Venture, a non-profit organization that provides tools and resources that empower young people to build and run their own social enterprises.
Shakilla Shahjihan is Divisional Vice President, Government Affairs at Abbott based in Singapore.
Shakilla’s experience in the health care industry includes her role as Regional Government Affairs Manager for South East Asia in Boston Scientific; and various positions in sales, marketing and corporate affairs in Merck Sharp & Dohme.
Shakilla holds a Bachelor of Science degree and an Executive MBA from the National University of Singapore.
Karthik Natarajan is the Senior Vice President and CFO of P&G Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa. He has wide-ranging expertise leading businesses and organizations across Asia Pacific and North America. His 21 years with P&G has seen him working and living across diverse geographies and markets, while leading significant portfolios in Finance. Karthik is passionate about making a difference in the lives of consumers around the world through P&G brands and mentoring emerging leaders of the company. Karthik serves as Governor of the Board for the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Singapore.
Jannik serves as the Vice President of International Government Affairs and Managing Director for 3M in Singapore. He has been with 3M since 2016 and has operated in this dual capacity since September 2022.
In addition to his role at 3M, he is a Governor at the Singapore American Chamber of Commerce and a Board Director at the US-ASEAN Business Council. He has a keen interest in giving back to local communities and serves as the AmCham Governor liaison to the AmCham Sustainability Committee. Jannik has also held several leadership roles in various committees, including Infrastructure, Supply Chains, Trade Facilitation, and Sustainability.
Jannik brings over 25 years of experience from corporate positions in highly regulated sectors in both Europe and the Asia Pacific. His career began with the Danish Government, where he worked in various ministries and served as a diplomat.
Daphne currently leads Micron’s Public Affairs function for the Asia region (based in Singapore), devoting her attention on strengthening ties with governments across Micron’s Asia operations, promoting public-private partnerships and supporting Micron’s broad agenda in the region including shaping policy framework in the region. She is passionate about furthering public policies that promote sustainability initiatives and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
Daphne held directorships in various AIG entities in the Middle East region and was appointed as director on the board of US-ASEAN Business Council in 2016. She is currently an elected Governor on the board of American Chamber of Commerce, Singapore, since 2018.
Prior to joining Micron, Daphne worked for AIG insurance for 11 years spanning across two regions and two key roles. Served as regional general counsel for Middle East & Africa and established the Government Affairs function for AIG in Asia Pacific upon returning to Asia.
Daphne is called to the High Court of Malaya as an advocate and solicitor and began her professional career in Malaysia as a practicing lawyer. She subsequently moved to Dubai to join a law firm as Senior Legal Consultant and lived in Dubai for about 7 years.
Daphne holds a Bachelors of Law degree (LL.B) with the University of London, certified Financial Accounting (Harvard Business School) and certificate in Artificial Intelligence: Business (MITSloan).
Anindo Dutta, is currently Partner, Global Alliances & Ecosystems at Ernst & Young Asia Pacific, based out of Singapore. Previously, he was Vice President/Regional Business Leader at Microsoft Asia, driving Digital Transformation initiatives in Asia Pacific. Earlier, he has also held executive leadership positions at IBM, HP and Oracle.
Anindo currently serves as Executive-in-Residence for the Blackstone Cornell Launchpad initiative at Cornell University, and mentors various Cornell affiliated start-ups and incubators, in the areas of SaaS/Cloud, AI/Machine Learning and Robotics.
Passionate about Asian business, he was recently presented with ASCEND’s High Impact Leadership Award for Pan-Asian leadership and named as one of the Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business by the Asian American Business Development Centre.
Anindo is a graduate of Rutgers University, NJ and earned a Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA and an Executive MBA from Cornell University, NY. He has also recently completed the Asian Executives Advanced Leadership Program (ALP) at Stanford University.
Jennifer Di is the HR Director for Baxter Southeast Asia cluster and Global Functions in APAC. She has over 16 years’ experiences in Medical Devices and Consulting industries across Asia Pacific. She is a commercial minded, result-driven & strategic HR business leader, specialized in HR strategy and planning, organizational design and leading large-scale change management and transformation programs.
Jennifer has a broad international experience spanning China, Hong-Kong, USA & South East Asia. She has clear achievements in multiple geographies with a strong track record of working closely with talented teams to grow business results. Her extraordinary work supported Baxter to be recognized as the “Best Employer” and “Great Place to Work” in China, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. Her passion is to enable people’s purpose and unleash their best potential in work and lives.
She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics (MSOD) and started her career as a management consultant in Accenture. She subsequently further sharpened her domain expertise with Gap international in Pennsylvania, USA. After she returned to the region, she joined Baxter and took on multiple HR leadership roles across Asia Pacific.
Audrey is the Vice President of China Operations.Based in Singapore, Audrey is responsible for leading and driving operations in SEA which includes Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
Audrey’s career with FedEx started in Singapore in 1998. Prior to her current position, she was based in Shanghai as the Managing Director for Operations, International Services, FedEx Express China.
Audrey has served as Chair of the Supply Chain Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai. She was also Vice Chair of Shanghai Pudong Logistic Association. She was previously named logistics committee chair with the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.
Before joining FedEx, she held roles in the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore and Television Corporation of Singapore.
Audrey received her Bachelor of Arts from Murdoch University, Australia. She earned her Masters of Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Australia, and her Master of Business Administration from the University of California in Los Angeles and the National University of Singapore.
Jasmine leads the Legal & Compliance teams across Asia Pacific for FMC Corporation. FMC is an NYSE listed agricultural sciences company, with a proud history spanning over a century, providing innovative solutions to growers around the world with a robust product portfolio in crop protection, plant health, and professional pest and turf management.
With over 20 years’ experience in MNCs in the US, UK, Canada, HK & Singapore, across diverse sectors (Media, Manufacturing, Luxury Retail, Healthcare, Agro Science), Jasmine brings rich cross-industry and cross-cultural perspective to strategy, problem solving and risk management.
A frequent speaker at forums globally, on both legal and business issues, Jasmine has been ranked as one of the leading influential in-house lawyers in business in Asia in The Legal 500 and is often called upon as a thought leader and advisor on various legal and compliance discussions. She also serves on the Board of the Singapore chapter of Association of Corporate Counsel and was previously the President of the Hong Kong chapter.
An active contributor to AmCham, Jasmine is one of the founding members of AmCham-Women, championing several initiatives, including the inaugural AmCham HERo Awards in 2019. Her depth of engagement, broad experience, fresh ideas and networks, would enable her to provide advocacy, insights and counsel to the AmCham Board.
Assaf Tarnopolsky joined Genesys in July 2021 as our APAC GM and SVP of Sales. Assaf is a versatile business leader who, throughout his career, has worked across sales, customer success, operations, and business unit leadership roles. He thrives in entrepreneurial environments and has 20+ years of experience building startups, launching new business lines and spearheading regional expansions. Assaf is a dynamic, thoughtful, and highly effective leader with a penchant for building world-class teams.
Prior to Genesys, Assaf was the leader of Marketing Solutions, Southeast Asia, North Asia, and Japan for LinkedIn. He was a core member of the LinkedIn APAC leadership team for 8 years, where he helped deliver 5 years of >35% year-over-year growth. Assaf previously held executive management and business development roles at Tecca.com, Sony Pictures Television, and MobiTV where he drove the development and commercialization of new media services and platforms.
A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Assaf is a permanent resident of Singapore where he lives with his wife and four sons.
Monisha leads Cybersecurity Consulting and Systems Integration business and delivery across ASEAN. She has over two decades of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Technology and Strategic outsourcing domains across Telecom, Retail, Healthcare, Publishing and Industrial Sectors. She has led global operations involving complex program management, growing businesses through innovation and technology infusion and leading large cross-cultural teams.
She has handled multiple roles within IBM since 2005 (IBM Singapore and IBM India), including Senior Project Executive, Strategic Outsourcing accounts, Asia Pacific; Base Growth Leader, Asia Pacific; Relationship Executive, Bharti Airtel and Project Executive, Telcordia. Prior to working with IBM, Monisha was the General Manager for a Publishing House.
She holds a Ph.D. in Business Management from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, a Masters degree in ‘International Business’ from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi and is an Engineering graduate in ‘Electronics and Communications’ from Malviya National Institute Of technology, India. She is a Certified Non-Executive Independent Corporate Director and has published a book on “Transformational Outsourcing”.
She is currently the Co-Chair for the Cybersecurity Sub-committee at the American Chambers of Commerce, Singapore.
Susan Hughes was named President of Emerson’s Automation Solutions business in Asia Pacific in 2020 and is based in Singapore.
In this role, she oversees business platform operations and sales across the region. She has been with Emerson for more than 17 years and has worked in a variety of different functional groups including Marketing, Engineering, Operations and Sales. Susan has been located in 7 different cities across the world with Emerson and is known for her commitment to safety, innovation, and promoting diversity equity and inclusion.
Prior to this appointment, Susan served as Emerson’s vice president and general manager of the Micro Motion brand which makes Coriolis mass flow meters. She was also vice president and general manager of the TESCOM brand which makes high pressure regulators, serving a variety of industries.
From 2008 to 2013, Susan held various management positions at Emerson businesses in China, including starting up an engineering and product marketing center for Emerson’s Micro Motion and Rosemount brands in Nanjing. She also served as the plant manager for the Fisher brand in Shanghai and still considers being a plant manager one of her most rewarding assignments.
Susan holds bachelor’s degrees in math and Chinese from Grinnell College and an MBA degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
Mr. Emre Olcer is Vice President, MD ASEAN at Kimberly-Clark since September 2020. His area of responsibility includes Singapore, Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, and Malaysia. He is also a member of the Asia Pacific Leadership Team in Kimberly Clark and a Governor at Singapore American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) Board.
Emre has extensive experiences in both Category and General Management across multiple markets including Europe, Middle East and Africa and Asia. He also possesses a comprehensive knowledge of developed and emerging markets, together with leadership skills and strong business acumen.
In his current position in the region, Emre is committed to accelerate the growth of KC in ASEAN by building a winning growth culture through creating a consumer centric commercial focus and expanding where to play of key categories to support the long term goals and strategies of Kimberly Clark International.
Emre joined Kimberley Clark from Mondelez where he was the President of South East Asia Business Unit. Prior to joining Mondelēz International, Emre had worked in several leading roles with multinational companies such as Procter&Gamble, Gillette and L’Oreal.
In his previous roles as President Mondelez SEA , Emre integrated SEA into one region from multiple clusters, transformed the growth by 4x and completed an M&A in Vietnam. Before this as Country Head, P&G Vietnam his key achievements include successfully leading Vietnam team to deliver a strong growth and becoming the fastest growing P&G market globally and regionally 2 out of 4 years. During his tenure in Vietnam from 2011-16, Emre was Governor at AmCham Ho Chi Minh City.
Previous to this, he was based in Singapore leading P&G Asia Male Care Business from 2008-2011.
Emre holds a Master’s degree in International Trade from Ecole Superieure Des Affaires, Grenoble, France, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bosphorus University, Istanbul, Turkey. Emre is married with two daughters.
Oracle Singapore
As VP of Finance for the Asia Pacific Region, Sean is responsible for working with all functions to help create strategies and drive growth throughout the business.
Sean has worked for West for 20 years and originally held the position of Director of Finance for the UK business. He then moved his family to Germany, where, for over 5 years he held the role of Director of FP&A for the Europe and Asia Pacific Region.
Since 2014, Sean has been based in Singapore where he has held his current position in this ever-expanding region. Sean is responsible for all aspects of finance, which includes manufacturing and sales sites in India, China, Korea, Australia and Singapore.
As well as his primary roles, Sean also serves as a Board member or Secretary of a number of subsidiaries within Europe and Asia, that includes being Legal Representative of the China organizations.
Sean has a Fellowship with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and is also a qualified Chartered Secretary with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).
Glenn is a globally recognized communication specialist and the Founder of VanMedia Group Pte Ltd, an international media consultancy. He is also the host of Money FM 89.3’s “Weekend Mornings” radio program. He was a professional journalist for CNN International, CNBC Asia, USA Today, and more. He co-authored of“ Happy Customers Everywhere”, chapters in “The American Journey in Singapore,” “Living in Singapore Reference Guide” and many others.
A Singapore PR for 16 years, SME entrepreneur for 14years, and an active AmCham member, he is running for AmCham Governor to help American companies succeed.
Glenn has attended many AmCham SME, Marketing, and ICT committee programs as well as Embassy briefings and Congressional Delegations. His company is an annual participant in Corporate Community Day and other programs such as the 2019 panel discussion on “Effective Communication to Maximize Business Opportunities; he has presented programs to the Next Generation Business Leadership Program.
Chris Quinlivan is a Senior Foreign Service officer with the International Trade Administration’s U.S. Commercial Service. In August 2019 he began a four-year assignment at the U.S. Embassy in Singapore where he leads a team responsible for trade promotion programs in Singapore and supports U.S. business interests regionally.
Prior postings include Ottawa, Canada (2015-19); Beijing, China (2011-15 and 2001-03); Vienna, Austria; Salt Lake City, Utah; Brussels, Belgium; and Athens, Greece. While at the Commerce Department in Washington, DC, Mr. Quinlivan managed initiatives to develop U.S. export opportunities in Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Mr. Quinlivan also worked on a Presidential initiative to support the Northern Ireland peace process.
Mr. Quinlivan is the recipient of numerous professional honors, including the Commerce Department’s prestigious Gold Medal and Bronze Medal awards, the Chuck Meissner award, and special recognition by the Department of State for his roles in support of four Presidential visits to Greece and China.
Mr. Quinlivan has seven years of private sector experience as an account manager and logistics agent. He holds a Master’s in international affairs and a Bachelor’s in business administration from California State University and an international business certificate from the University of Copenhagen in Denmark.
Deji Okediji is the Counselor for Economic and Political Affairs at U.S. Embassy Singapore. Deji arrived in Singapore in August 2022, after completing a four-year tour at U.S. Embassy-Beijing, where he served as the Deputy Section Chief for the Political section.
His earlier Foreign Service assignments, include: the Internal Political Officer in Brasilia, Brazil from 2015-2018; Unit Chief in the Office of Chinese and Mongolian Affairs from 2012-2014; External Political Officer at Embassy Beijing from 2009-2012, and Desk Officer for Guinea, Sierra Leone, & Cape Verde in the Office of West African Affairs.
He received a Master's in Public Administration from Princeton University's School of Public & International Affairs and a Bachelor's in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
Deji is married to Aleta Okediji, a fellow Foreign Service Office; they have two daughters.
Brian Rogove is the Managing Partner for Breve Holdings, a family office focused on investment in cities within the Global South emerging markets across multiple sectors. Prior to establishing Breve, Brian was Group Chief Executive Officer of XCL Education, a Singapore headquartered Education group focused on providing high quality K-12 private schools to 30,000 students across Southeast Asia and backed by TPG Capital & Temasek Holdings.
Brian has lived and worked in Asia for 24 years and has spent the last 16 years focused on driving quality improvement in schools and preparing students for the jobs of tomorrow through innovative curriculum and pedagogical approaches.
Prior to partnering with TPG to form XCL, Brian founded A-Star-Education in 2016 in partnership with Verlinvest, to build a diverse global portfolio of education investments.
Prior to founding A-Star-Education Brian, served as Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific for Cognita for over 8 years. Since founding the business in 2008, Brian grew the Asia business from a start-up to representing over 2/3 of the Group EBITDA. He founded the Stamford American International School in Singapore and has invested nearly $1B in the Asia Pacific region across a wide range of both M&A and Greenfield assets in the education sector.
Brian serves on the Board of Reach Higher, a non-profit focused on equity and access to tertiary education for first generation students, chaired by Michelle Obama. Since 2017 he has served on the Board Facilities Committee for the Singapore American School.
Brian has a B.S. in Economics from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Aileen Crowe Nandi is the Executive Director for Asia at the International Trade Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce, and will soon serve as Minister Counselor for ASEAN in Singapore.
She has extensive experience in trade policy and commercial diplomacy, managing a $15 million budget and a team of 270 across seventeen Asian countries. Ms. Nandi spent ten years in India, most recently as Minister Counselor for Commercial Affairs, where she received a Presidential Rank Award in 2023.
Her prior roles include positions in El Salvador, Silicon Valley, and Mexico City, as well as Country Manager for Central Europe at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency.
Ms. Nandi holds an MA from Georgetown University and a BA from the University of Richmond. A Fulbright Scholar in Germany, she speaks several languages, including German and Spanish. Born with a hearing impairment, she started her education at the Central Institute for the Deaf. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, surfing, skiing, reading, and traveling. Ms. Nandi is married and has a teenage daughter.
His hobbies include travelling and cycling.
Prior to joining AmCham, she worked in both public and private sector where she gained over ten years’ experience handling finance operation, financial planning and analysis, investment portfolio reporting, and group financial statutory reporting. She also took up the user department leader role in several IT Enterprise system development and implementation projects.
Lili is a chartered accountant, and received her Master’s Degree in Professional Accountancy from Singapore Management University, Bachelor’s Degree from University of Melbourne, and graduated at the top of her class at Temasek Polytechnic.
Danial joined the team to provide member relations support on events related matters. Part of his portfolio includes coordinating events programs, assets and overall project organization to ensure AmCham’s corporate events and programs are seamlessly executed.
A self-confessed foodie, Danial has contributed articles on food for an online publication. During his free time, Danial enjoys running and dancing to the disco beat as he believes everybody needs a little disco in their life.
Prior to moving to Singapore, Morgan conducted policy research related to the fields of peace and security and humanitarian affairs, including fieldwork in Southeast Asia. Morgan holds a B.A. from Oberlin College in History and East Asian Studies (China), and an M.A. in Politics (International Relations) from New York University.
He has worked in various luxury hotel brands across the United States with roles ranging from front desk management to event sales.
Nathaniel holds a B.S. in Hospitality Administration from Boston University.

Prior to AmCham, Hsien was Vice President, Medical and Scientific Affairs, Medtronic Asia Pacific, where she was responsible for the Medtronic Innovation Centers in Japan and Korea, training and education, and the company’s health systems transformation strategy in the region. Hsien has extensive experience in scientific affairs, corporate and healthcare communications, advertising, public relations and government affairs.
Hsien has lived and worked in the US, Taiwan, Japan, Vietnam, UK, and is now based in Singapore. She holds a BA (with honors) in Human Biology from Stanford University and a PhD in Epidemiology from The Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health where she was the recipient of a US National Institutes of Health Cardiovascular Disease Epidemiology Training Grant. Her doctoral thesis explored the genetic epidemiology of end-stage renal disease and type 2 diabetes. She completed her post-doctoral fellowship at National Taiwan University Hospital in the Department of Internal Medicine.
Lee-Mey joins from the Singapore Economic Development Board having worked with leading pharmaceutical and medical technology companies to drive the development of Singapore’s biomedical sector via investment promotion and policy innovation. Prior to this she excelled in academic publishing, having served for 4 years in London as Editor at the British Medical Association and Mark Allen Group across various healthcare and veterinary science journals.
Lee-Mey is a graduate of Durham University, UK with a first-class honors degree in English. She is a recipient of the Ruth Bostock Memorial Prize and Faculty of Arts and Humanities Scholarship in 2012 specializing in Classics and Old English.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys brewing beer, arguing board game rules, and traveling.
Prior to joining AmCham, Michelle was responsible for driving the improvement of customer and user experience at Singapore Pools. She also led on the delivery of the organization's communications strategy.
Michelle enjoys meeting new people and hearing new perspectives as she values the genuine interactions and learning from others. Outside of work, she enjoys playing badminton, pickleball and cycling during her free time.
As the Head of Information Technology at AmCham Singapore, I am responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure and systems efficiently and securely as well as oversee and execute various digital marketing initiatives aimed at improving member engagement and reach. A vital part of my role is working to improve business processes through the use of the latest technologies and also how these tools can be applied in new and exciting marketing frontiers.
My education includes a degree from University College Dublin as well as a diploma from Republic Polytechnic. I have experience in digital marketing, business, and media production and design. By combining my graphic design, UX and UI expertise with search engine optimization knowledge, photography, videography and editing skills, I have led and developed compelling and attractive content that include various digital media and physical collaterals. I have also worked on improving business process and team efficiency through planning and implementation of software and hardware systems.
It is my passion to take advantage of digital and multimedia tools to create engaging and impactful experiences for diverse audiences. My desire to learn new skills and explore new opportunities in the digital and creative marketing industries never ceases. Throughout my career, I value collaboration, innovation, and excellence, and I strive to contribute to my company's vision and mission.
In her current role as Head, Operations, Celina works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and fellow Heads of Departments delivering on administrative and operational support, ensuring financial compliance and leading human resource management.
In her free time, Celina enjoys gardening, traveling and watching documentaries on true crime.
As the former Assistant Committee Relation Manager, Stella managed AmCham’s 13 different committees and organizes industry-focused events in the form of talks and tours, providing members an exclusive platform to connect with leaders and peers in the industry, discuss current industry issues, and share business insights.
Stella started her career as a Product Specialist in the pharmaceutical industry and moved on to doing retail management and events coordination work for 4 years.
Stella enjoys traveling around the world for exciting adventures, meeting new people from all walks of life, and engaging in sports such as basketball and badminton during her free time.
Ben was Executive Director of Action for AIDS where he supported efforts to broaden the youth and workplace outreach program and helped streamline the medication subsidy program. On 1 September 2020, when the Singapore Ministry of Health announced the inclusion of HIV drugs into the subsidized drug list, he led on the organization's media response to this long-awaited move.
Outside of work, he is serves on the executive committee of Action for AIDS as well as MARUAH Singapore, which is the focal point for the Working Group for an ASEAN Human Rights Mechanism under the ASEAN Charter.
Ben loves jogging and like all Singaporeans, good food.
Before joining AmCham, Nathan was a Youth Supervisor at the American Club where he was responsible for the logistics, planning and execution of its Youth Camp programs. As a supervisor with over 10 years of experience in customer service, Nathan managed a pool of 30 part-timer employees in his previous role. He also managed the gaming outlet at the Club and supported the administration of the recreational classes and programs.
During his free time, Nathan engages himself by going to the gym, reading, traveling and watching movies.
Prior to joining AmCham, Magdeline was an Executive Secretary at TSMP Law Corporation where she has experience working with lawyers and company stakeholders.
With over 20 years in the public and private sectors, Magdeline has experience in office administration/management, executive support, and working on cross-functional projects.
In her free time, she enjoys watching movies, learning new hobbies, and travelling.
Prior to joining AmCham, Rachel was an Associate Consultant at Portland Communications’ Singapore office, where she worked with government and corporate clients on a range of public affairs, research, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications projects. While at Portland, Rachel also contributed to the research and development of the ‘Soft Power 30’, a global ranking of the top 30 countries in the world based on their soft power resources.
Rachel started her career at the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), where she developed and executed MFA’s digital diplomacy strategy while providing media support for the Foreign Minister. She was also a key member of the Media sub-committee for Singapore’s ASEAN Chairmanship in 2018.
Prior to this, Aisyah Jaafar used to be responsible for planning and facilitating parties, recreational classes and programs. Aisyah brings many years of client service experience to AmCham, and is an integral part of our strong service delivery to members. She enjoys reading, movies and cooking during her free time.
Prior to joining AmCham, Hannah was a Senior Media Analyst with Meltwater, where she covered traditional and social media monitoring for Government clients such as MINDEF, MCI, MSF, and NEA. Together with her team, she has led media monitoring efforts across major local and regional events such as the evolving COVID-19 pandemic, National Day, the Shangri-la Dialogue, regional disaster efforts and the Conversations on Women Development.
She spent her undergrad years in Brisbane, Australia pursuing a B.A (Honours) from the University of Queensland with a major in International Relations and a minor in Journalism and Mass Communication. In her free time, she enjoys weird cooking shows, making poke bowls, and dreaming of long coastal drives.
Prior to joining AmCham, Crystal was the Program Manager at a nonprofit organization, where she spearheaded various programs to increase engagement and organized both small and large-scale events for its members.
She holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from Georgia State University. In her free time, Crystal enjoys watching documentaries as well as practicing muay thai and yoga. She strives to do her best in all that she does, including trying to find the perfect ratio to making the best cold brew.
Prior to joining AmCham, Bronte had a keen interest in the MICE and Hospitality industry, which led her to pursue a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Business, majoring in MICE at the Singapore Institute of Technology. After several internship stints in exhibition-related organizations, Bronte joined an events agency, and specialized in producing digital, in-studio events for a wide range of clients across various industries.
In her free time, Bronte enjoys swimming and a good Netflix binge.
Jowayne previously worked in public agencies where she took on several projects involving ministerial events and grants management. She holds a BSc in Business and Management from the University of London where she also managed sponsorships for school council events and led the wakeboarding sports team.
On weekends, she enjoys serving the community, learning new skills, and doing activities under the sun.
In her free time, Angeline enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, photography and as a marine-life lover, she will seize any opportunity to be by the beach or out at sea.
As an Executive, in Operations / Marketing Communications at AmCham, Jayden designs collaterals for events and publications, and oversees the chambers’ social media and e-newsletters to enhance the experience of its members. He is also involved in taking the photographs and videos at our events.
