Jana Mihaylova is Abbott’s Vice President, Nutrition, Asia Pacific. She was appointed to this role in December 2021.
Driven to help people of all ages thrive and live their best, Jana is leading Abbott’s efforts to bring science-based nutritional products to more than 3 billion people and address major health priorities like malnutrition, stunting and diabetes.
Jana has been with Abbott for over 24 years, working across geographies holding a variety of roles in Abbott’s nutrition organization.
She started as a strategic marketing analyst with the US nutrition business and progressed through various marketing leadership roles before becoming the General Manager of Philippines where she transformed the business.

Jennifer Cho joined the biotech continuous glucose monitoring company Dexcom, Inc. as General Manager and Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations, APAC, in February 2025. In this role, Jennifer is responsible for leading strategic initiatives to drive continued growth and success in the Asia Pacific region to empower more people to take control of their health.
Prior to joining Dexcom, Jennifer served as Vice President and Managing Director of Medtronic’s Island Southeast Asia (ISEA) sub-region, based in Singapore. At the same time, she was also the Asia Pacific Strategic Marketing leader for neuroscience. During her tenure at Medtronic, which began in 2010, she held several progressively senior roles, from marketing to general management between Korea and Southeast Asia. Jennifer was honored with Medtronic’s APAC President’s Award twice since relocating to Singapore in 2015. She also received multiple accolades for financial performance based on her track record, and spearheaded initiatives that earned workplace certifications such as Great Place to Work.
Jennifer brings a wealth of experience from the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, having previously worked at multinational corporations such as Novo Nordisk, Johnson & Johnson, and Tyco Healthcare in various roles.
She holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Dongkuk University, South Korea.

Rob Schimek is the Group Chief Executive Officer of bolttech. He leads the bolttech team across our operations globally, overseeing our growth and partnership opportunities.
With more than 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Rob has previously held senior leadership roles in insurance, including Managing Director & Group Chief Operating Officer for FWD Group, President and CEO of AIG’s commercial insurance businesses worldwide, and Chief Executive Officer of the Americas for AIG. Prior to that, Rob served as President and Chief Executive Officer of EMEA for AIG and was the Chief Financial Officer of AIG’s global property and casualty insurance business.
Before joining AIG, Rob was a partner at Deloitte & Touche L.L.P. where, for 18 years, he used his public accounting experience to serve global financial institution clients, including MetLife, The Prudential Insurance Company of America, and Merrill Lynch.
Rob is a C.P.A. He earned his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Rider University in New Jersey and a member of the Rider University Board of Trustees.
Outside of work, Rob can be found in the gym or competing in some of the world’s toughest endurance competitions such as the FWD 78° North Marathon, one of the most northern marathons in the world, and the Ironman World Championships.

Sanjay joined Google in early 2020 with a career spanning nearly three decades across media, entertainment, telecoms and FMCG, giving him a deep understanding of the region’s consumer and business landscape.
In his previous role as Country Head and Vice President of Google India, he led teams that supported businesses in their digital transformation journey. He also drove initiatives in support of making India a leading digital economy — from making the internet safer, to ensuring diverse groups including SMEs, women entrepreneurs and startups succeed online.
Before Google, Sanjay was Managing Director of Star and Disney India where he played a pivotal role in extending Star’s traditional television content to digital consumers through Hotstar. He is also widely credited for building their sports business.

She speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay, and is admitted in New York, England and Wales, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
Yuet focuses on the FCPA, corporate compliance and investigations, sanctions, privacy, cybersecurity, and employment law. She has led investigations and compliance projects across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America, and has counseled clients on matters involving the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. SEC, FINRA, the HK Securities and Futures Commission, as well as investigations by other enforcement agencies in Asia. Jannik is also a Board Director at the US-ASEAN Business Council and has served two terms as Governor at the Singapore American Chamber of Commerce from 2019-2025. Susan Hughes was named President of Emerson’s Automation Solutions business in Asia Pacific in 2020 and is based in Singapore. In this role, she oversees business platform operations and sales across the region. She has been with Emerson for more than 17 years and has worked in a variety of different functional groups including Marketing, Engineering, Operations and Sales. Susan has been located in 7 different cities across the world with Emerson and is known for her commitment to safety, innovation, and promoting diversity equity and inclusion.
Prior to this appointment, Susan served as Emerson’s vice president and general manager of the Micro Motion brand which makes Coriolis mass flow meters. She was also vice president and general manager of the TESCOM brand which makes high pressure regulators, serving a variety of industries.
From 2008 to 2013, Susan held various management positions at Emerson businesses in China, including starting up an engineering and product marketing center for Emerson’s Micro Motion and Rosemount brands in Nanjing. As Managing Director of APAC, Sara is charged with increasing awareness and market share in China, India and the rest of the Asia-Pacific region. Additionally, she is responsible for MasterControl’s channel partner program worldwide. Her mission is to ensure MasterControl’s Life Sciences customers in the region are successful and well-supported during their digital transformation from paper-based manufacturing environments to digital ones.

Paul Verhulst is the Vice President of Southeast Asia (SEA) at Medtronic, a role he has held since December 2024. He oversees operations across 15 countries, including Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam.
With over 17 years of experience in sales, marketing, and consultancy, Paul has held various senior leadership positions across multiple business divisions and geographies during his 13 years at Medtronic, consistently driving growth and innovation.
He began his career with Medtronic (formerly Covidien) in Singapore in 2011 as Business Improvement Manager for Neurovascular and Peripheral Vascular in Southeast Asia. He later served as Country Manager for Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Philippines & Guam, before becoming Senior Business Director for the Minimally Invasive Therapies Group (MITG) APAC in 2017. At MITG, Paul managed the P&L, sales, and marketing while leading the R&D center in Fukuroi, Japan. His portfolio included Renal Care Solutions and Gastrointestinal & Hepatology.
In 2020, Paul was appointed Managing Director of Indochina, where he and his team played a key role in navigating healthcare challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. By 2022, he was promoted to Vice President of Mainland Southeast Asia (MSEA), leading the region to serve over 340,000 patients in FY23 and establishing it as one of the fastest-growing regions in Asia.
As Vice President of Southeast Asia, Paul is dedicated to developing local capabilities, fostering strategic investments, and expanding access to healthcare to improve outcomes for patients across the region. In recognition of his unwavering commitment to ethics, integrity, and accountability, Paul was awarded the prestigious Medtronic 2024 Compass Award—one of the company’s highest honors.
Prior to joining Medtronic, Paul worked at New Frontier Solutions in Jakarta, Indonesia, as well as McKinsey & Company and Deloitte in the Netherlands. He holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Econometrics & Operations Research from VU University Amsterdam.

Maurizio Brusadelli is EVP & President Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) for Mondelēz International. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for more than 70 markets in the region. Maurizio is also a member of Mondelēz International’s global management team and additionally oversees the Global Procurement function.
Maurizio joined Kraft Foods in 1993 in Italy in the Marketing department and subsequently moved into Sales and Trade Marketing. He assumed Marketing responsibility for the Italian division in 2002 and became Category Director, Philadelphia Europe in 2006. Maurizio moved to Spain in 2009 as VP & Managing Director of Kraft Foods Iberia. He went on to lead the Gum & Candy category in Europe and was appointed President of the UK, Ireland & Nordics operations in 2012.

His career in financial markets spans over 2 decades, with prior leadership roles in Morgan Stanley, HSBC and Allen & Overy, across London, HK and Singapore.
Mr. Tan is a qualified Solicitor of England and Wales and an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. He received his MA (Hons) in Jurisprudence from Trinity College, Oxford University, and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.

Hans served on the Board of Trustees of the Foundation of UWCSEA. He was a founding member of the Europe ASEAN Business Alliance, Chairman of the Foundation Dutch Education at UWCSEA, board member of Eurocham, and founding chairman of DutchCham in SG.
Hans graduated from law school in civil and public law at Groningen University in the Netherlands. During his studies, he was a research assistant in European parliamentary history and public law. In 1982 he took a year off from his studies when he was elected Senatus Rector of the Student Union (VAP).
Hans studied at the Bologna Center of the Paul Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) of the Johns Hopkins University. He also did stints at the Universities of Grenoble in France, and Krakow in Poland.
His family lived in Batavia, Semarang and on Biak off Papua in the Dutch East Indies for several generations until the handover of Papua in 1962. He is married to Katy le Blanc. They have two sons.

Prior to this he worked as a political economist at the Political and Economic Risk Consultancy in Hong Kong. Earlier he practiced law in the M&A practice at Clifford Chance and was the Asia correspondent for a leading Dutch financial and economic daily. In 1995, he was elected president of the Foreign Correspondents’ Club Hong Kong, then the largest in the world.

Kyle joined Bridgewater in 2010 and is currently President and Chief Commercial Officer. He is responsible for our Client Service and Marketing department, commercial strategy, client engagement, and the development and delivery of tailored portfolio strategies and funds. He also advises many of Bridgewater’s strategic partners across the globe. Kyle is a Partner at the firm and a member of the Commercial and Business Strategy Committee.
Prior to joining Bridgewater, Kyle was Head of the Americas at Deutsche Institutional Asset Management and a member of the Deutsche Bank Americas Executive Committee. He also spent 15 years in senior management roles in the Private Wealth Management divisions of Bank of America and Morgan Stanley. Asha Gupta is Amway’s Chief Operating Officer. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing business operations in Amway’s markets in Asia. Gupta also leads the development of Amway’s long-term global business strategy and is responsible for evaluating growth opportunities to help Amway Business Owners (ABOs) meet customer needs and grow their business online. In addition to her enterprise strategy stewardship, she manages acquisitions and alliance initiatives for the company.
Gupta serves on Amway’s Global Leadership Team, Amway’s key decision-making body focused on strategy development and delivering meaningful ABO and customer experiences. She also serves on Amway’s Executive Staff comprised of cross functional executive leaders focused on enhancing company culture, talent capabilities and global market needs.
