Terms & Conditions:
1. Room bookings are subject to availability and at the discretion of AmCham.
2. All rental requests must be confirmed in writing.
3. In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply:
Cancellation within 7 working days prior to the booking – 50% of invoiced amount.
Cancellation within 3 working days prior to the booking – 100% of invoiced amount.
4. AmCham reserves the right to change our rental rates without prior notice.
5. Please keep all activity within the rented room and refrain from utilizing other meeting rooms and spaces.
6. The AmCham office hosts many visitors for meetings and PAYPAL INNOVATION LOUNGE events daily. Kindly expect occasional noise.
7. AmCham reserves the right to impose repair or cleaning fees for the mishandling of equipment or facilities
